GramSpoon is provided free of charge for personal and commercial cooking use. You may use the calculators and reference values in your own kitchen, in a professional one, and in recipes you publish.

You may not scrape the site at volume, republish the conversion tables wholesale as your own reference resource, or present the calculators as your product.

Conversion values are culinary reference averages. They are accurate enough for cooking and baking, and are provided for guidance only.

They are explicitly not suitable for medical, pharmaceutical, laboratory, or any other application where an error carries consequences. Real ingredient densities vary with brand, humidity, storage and handling.

The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption, or that every value is free of error — though we correct any error we are told about.

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss or damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its values.

Where we link to another site, we do not control its content and are not responsible for it.

These terms may be updated. The revision date at the foot of the page reflects the most recent change, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version.
